Nature of Service
Vibe Flip provides AI-assisted, personalised digital party game packs. Each pack is created from user-submitted photos and details.
Photo Uploads
- By submitting photos, you confirm that you:
- Own or have permission to use the images provided
- Have consent from everyone in your group
- Grant Vibe Flip a limited license to use the photos only to create your personalised transformation pack
AI Processing
We use secure AI tools to produce your transformations. We are not affiliated with these platforms.
Delivery
Digital packs are delivered by email within 48–72 hours of photo submission.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the products, refunds cannot be issued once processing has begun.
Limitation of Liability
Vibe Flip is not responsible for misuse of products, third-party sharing, or outcomes during gameplay. Please play responsibly and treat all participants respectfully.
Age and Responsible Use
The following applies only to the Original Vibe Flip and Drag & Drop editions.
Vibe Flip is intended for entertainment purposes and is designed for audiences aged 18+ (or the legal drinking age in your country). By purchasing or playing this edition, you confirm that all participants are of legal age to consume alcohol in their location.
Vibe Flip encourages responsible drinking. We do not condone excessive or unsafe alcohol consumption. Always know your limits, drink water between rounds, and never drink and drive.
Vibe Flip and its creators are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of the game, including but not limited to alcohol consumption or behaviour while playing.
