Vibe Flip | Digital Product Refund Policy

All Vibe Flip products are personalised, made-to-order digital files. Because each pack is custom created using your submitted photos, refunds are not available once your transformation process has begun.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., file error, incorrect transformation, or delivery issue), please contact us within 14 days at info@vibeflipthegame.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances if no transformation work has started.
